Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Reply Relay, an app for HighLevel operated by Ali Özgür Ketenci ("we"). By installing or using Reply Relay you agree to them.
The service
Reply Relay forwards inbound SMS received by your HighLevel sub-account to a mobile number you choose, and sends replies from that mobile back to the right customer from your sub-account's number. Delivery depends on your phone provider and carriers; we cannot guarantee that every message is delivered.
Your account
You must have the right to install apps on the HighLevel account you connect. You are responsible for how you use the reports and for complying with laws that apply to your business.
Fees
Any fees are shown on the HighLevel Marketplace listing and are billed through HighLevel. You can cancel by uninstalling the app. Refunds follow HighLevel's Marketplace policies.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
Availability
We aim to keep Reply Relay running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time. HighLevel may change its platform in ways that affect the app.
Disclaimer and liability
Reply Relay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Reply Relay in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Reply Relay at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continuing to use Reply Relay means you accept the updated terms.
